Long drink
Ingredients:
5 cl of Rivesaltes Ambré
1 cl of mirabelle syrup…
2 cl of praline liqueur
0.5 cl of lemon juice
4 cl of citrus tonic

Decoration: A praline, lime zest, 1 ground-cherry.Accessories: 1 shaker, 1 long drink glass, 1 straw, 1 wooden stick.
Pour the Rivesaltes Ambré, mirabelle syrup and praline liqueur to the shaker. Add lemon juice.
Agitate energetically the shaker to mix the ingredients.
Empty to the glass and make up with citrus tonic.
Stick a praline and a ground-cherry half. Add a spiral of lime zest on top. Serve with a straw.Note: 1 bottle of Rivesaltes Ambré (75 cl) for 15 persons
