Long Drink

Ingredients:
5 cl of Rivesaltes Ambré,
2 cl of Spicy syrup,
1 cl of Amaretto liqueur,
8 cl of soda water,
1/4 of lime.
Decoration: 1 brandied cherry, 1 lime spiral zest.

Accessories: 1 shaker, 1 straw.

Pour Spicy syrup, Amaretto liqueur and the Rivesaltes Ambré into the shaker.
Agitate energetically.
Place a 1/4 of lime in a high glass. Pour out the mixture on the lime, make up with soda water.
Stick a brandied cherry on the straw and put a spiral of lime zest on the glass top.
Note: 1 bottle of Rivesaltes Ambré (76 cl) for 15 persons
