Short drink

Ingredients:
6 cl of Rivesaltes Ambré
0.5 cl of ginger syrup
2 cucumber dices

Decoration: 1 cucumber dice, 1 leaf of mint, 1 candied cherry.

Accessories: 1 shaker, 1 cocktail glass, 1 wooden stick.

Squeeze cucumber dices in the shaker to extract juice.
Add ice, the Rivesaltes Ambré and ginger syrup.
Mix and empty to the glass.
Garnish with a cucumber dice.

Note: 1 bottle of Rivesaltes Ambré (75 cl) for 15 persons
