ROUSSILLON WINES STILL LOYAL TO THE 2017 AGRICULTURAL SHOW IN PARIS

The 54th Salon de l’Agriculture Fair was held on 25th February in Paris, Porte de Versailles. Once again Roussillon Wines have attended this national and essential French event. Visitors were invited to visit the 9-day world famous show around the theme « Agriculture, one passion, lots of ambitions »

A dedicated space: Le Pavillon des Vins.

Since 2011, on the behalf of CNIV, the wine industry has owned its own big space: le Pavillon des Vins which was opened to the public from 9 a.m to 7 p.m. Several leisure and educational activities were offered to both young and old like this unique VR experience which allows you to discover the history of the grape through ages and seasons. Some sensory entertainments and workshops were also organized in order to learn about the vineyard and wine professions.

Roussillon treasures: unforgettable flavorings.

Enjoy a real trip through France thanks to the Roussillon Wines put in the spotlights. Visitors are invited to discover these Oriental Pyrenees jewels among all the Wine tastings proposed. Among these Roussillon educational tastings that were organized throughout the 9-day world famous fair, the Maury Grenat and Maury Tuilé garnered most enthusiasm from visitors. The unforgettable aroma and sweet flavors of our wines have also won the heart of the french prime minister Bernard Cazeneuve during his visit on the Pavillon des Vins.

Roussillon Wines awarded 99 Medals at the Concour General Agricole

Roussillon wines also conquered the experts of the Concours General Agricole as they took home a total of 99 medals: 55 gold, 37 silver and 7 bronze.The Concours General Agricole is a governmental competition of products from the French terroir whose rigor and impartiality is renowned worldwide and a guarantee of exceptional quality.
