ROUSSILLON 2017 ROSES AMBASSADORS

For three years now, The Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins du Roussillon has selected an AOP Vins Rosés range from Côtes du Roussillon and Collioure and an IGP one from Côtés Catalanes as well.
29 cuvées have ben selected in order to represent the Roussillon 2017 Rosé ambassadors.
These soaked-in-the-sun wines provide an incredible color chart from pale pink to fuchsia and reveal all the richness of the Roussillon Rosés.
As they are gourmet and enticing, you can easily drink them with the appetizer or with a fresh or finely spicy dish.
